When G.J. Gardner Homes set out to create their latest display home at HomeWorld Menangle Park, every square metre needed to inspire future homeowners. The outdoor living space had to demonstrate that even a compact backyard could deliver a premium resort lifestyle.
Blue Haven Pools was proud to collaborate with G.J. Gardner Homes to design and construct this custom concrete plunge pool before the home was built, allowing both projects to integrate seamlessly and showcase what is possible when a pool is planned from the very beginning.
Building the pool before the home enabled unrestricted construction access, perfect alignment with the home’s finished floor levels and a truly integrated outdoor design.

Menangle Park HomeWorld Display Pool
A compact custom concrete plunge pool designed for the G.J. Gardner Homes display home at Menangle Park HomeWorld, NSW. This project combines luxury tiled finishes, mineral water, heating, LED lighting and integrated hydrotherapy details in a highly considered backyard design.
Luxury Pool Living for Smaller Residential Blocks
The objective was to demonstrate that today’s smaller residential blocks do not require homeowners to compromise on lifestyle.
The brief focused on creating a luxurious plunge pool that would become a natural extension of the alfresco area, while maintaining generous entertaining space around the home.
Every design decision was carefully considered, from the proportions of the pool through to the seating ledge and premium finishes, ensuring visitors could immediately imagine themselves enjoying the space every day.
