* Price is given for a standard site in the Sydney metro. Sloping blocks, sand, rock, sewer effected and limited access quoted separately. Variable exclusions, local government fees, soil removal, surveyor set out if required, temporary fence and void protection if required. Survey Set out for vacant block not included. 7-day build is subject to weather. 14-day shell finish is subject to your fence installation and certification. Finishing of the shell is not available September to December due to seasonal constraints and the price does not include the supply of coping material, electricals, fencing and filtration enclosure.

If you already have approved plans or a current design we can work with those plans
Our Architect & Lifestyle Consultant will meet and discuss pool goals during your one hour on-site consultation. If your site is standard, flat level block with open access the price can be confirmed.
If your site is uneven or requires a tailored approach our team of Engineers and Builders will present variable site costs.
A cost proposal will be presented and pre-construction costs payable to finalize permit plans and application. If you are not 100% happy with the final proposed costs your reservation fee of $349 is refundable.
Within 7 days from agreed pre-construction payment you will be provided with a tailored CAD pool plan, contact paperwork for structural work and selected finishes textures, colours and landscaping solutions if chosen.
If your permit is CDC compliant we should be able to commence works within weeks.
If your permit is DA / CC the approval process will take longer due to Local Government Council processing. There may be other Council reports and bonds required depending on your local Council.
Home Owners Warranty is issued prior to building contract payment / construction works commence.
