How We Renovated Our Flagship Showroom in Lansvale
Brief:
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Blue Haven Pools & Spas took on a massive mission to renovate their flagship showroom and head office in Lansvale. Located along the vibrant Hume Highway, the 10,000 sqm complex was originally designed in 1998.
A visionary in the industry, our boss lady CEO, Ms Remonda Martinez, already saw a few years ago that the showroom experience needs to elevate to compete with the rise of e-commerce and social media marketing.
Construction:
Our General Manager, Mr Richie Hamawi, led our team of in-house builders and passionate apprentices to bring this iconic project to life – taking cues from his extensive experience in commercial, residential, and pool construction. Meanwhile, Remonda’s design genius and customer-centric mindset were instrumental in completing the project on schedule, on budget, and on point.
As expected from Sydney’s most innovative pool builder with over 70,000 pools built and 350 design awards won, the pools take the centre stage at this new destination. Whilst the existing pools remained, our team built new surrounding walkways and pool concepts on top of waffle pods.
Results:
The successful completion of the Lansvale Centre of Excellence bolstered employee morale, customer experience, and company commercial presence. This also highlighted what Blue Haven is all about - INNOVATION AT ITS FINEST.

We received an influx of enquiries and bookings from families and creative professionals who would like to use the Lansvale Centre of Excellence for film shoots, events, and campaigns. They particularly love how the space eliminates the guesswork in location scouting with multiple spaces offering limitless possibilities.
We are proud and humbled to amass local and national awards for our Display Centre from the Oscars of the Pool World – the SPASA Awards of Excellence.
