If your property requires additional engineering, restricted-access excavation, rock excavation, shoring, retaining or other non-standard works, we’ll identify these before you proceed.

You pay $40,000 during the build, with the remaining $30,000 available over 3 years interest free, subject to finance approval, eligibility and lender terms.

Your package includes planning, engineering, CDC application, certifier inspections, Home Owners Warranty Insurance, excavation and qualifying soil removal, reinforced concrete construction, plumbing, coping, waterline tiles, MicroPebble interior, mineral system, filtration, two underwater lights, equipment enclosure, selected aluminium fencing and project management.

It’s a full turnkey project with only a small number of items for you to manage, such as the construction waste bin, electrical work and sewer gully connection.

The offer includes a custom-designed concrete pool up to 7m × 3m, with depths from approximately 1m to 1.6m, a shallow-end ledge and three corner entry steps.

Because it’s concrete, we’re not pulling a pre-made shell off a truck. Your pool is built for your backyard.

Your pool can be smaller than the advertised deal. Larger pools are costed separately, and we can also offer options such as spas, feature walls and wading areas.

Yes. That’s one of the biggest advantages of concrete.

You can discuss changes to the size, shape, steps, ledges, finishes, equipment and features with our team. Popular additions include spas, feature walls and special ledge designs.

Upgrades or changes outside the advertised package may affect the final price.

For qualifying projects, our Blitz program is designed to move your pool through construction on an accelerated schedule, targeting completion in approximately 8–12 weeks from construction commencement.

Timing remains subject to approvals, site readiness, weather, trade availability and any site-specific requirements.

The $70K promotional price is based on standard site conditions, but concrete pools are particularly suited to difficult blocks, slopes, raised designs and unusual backyards.

We’ll assess what your site requires and price any additional work separately.

Yes. The package includes plan drafting, engineering, CDC application, certifier inspections and Home Owners Warranty Insurance for qualifying projects.

If required, special waterboard approval, such as peg out, and council DA fees are quoted separately. Some zones may also require flood or bushfire reports, surveys, bonds or other site-specific documentation.

These are payable in addition to the permit allowance included in the deal offer.

Yes. Machine excavation and removal of clean virgin soil are included for qualifying sites with the specified access and standard excavation conditions.

Rock, contaminated material, groundwater, restricted access and other abnormal site conditions incur additional costs.

Yes. Your package includes a mineral generator and start-up minerals, along with your cartridge filtration system and pool pump.

Yes. You’ll receive coping tiles to all four sides, a 150mm glass mosaic waterline tile band and our MicroPebble White + Cement Render interior.

Yes. Two flush-mount, multi-coloured LED underwater pool lights are included.

Yes. The package includes two lines of aluminium pool fencing and one gate, subject to the package specifications and site requirements.

We expect the other two sides of the pool to be fenced by your boundary, or we can add more fencing as needed to suit the site conditions and configuration.

Absolutely.

Heating, upgraded fencing, additional paving, automation, water features and other upgrades can be added to create the pool you want.

We’ll simply price the upgrades separately.
