After Sales Care Loss of Warranty Benefits
The customer loses the benefit of the warranties if:

Concrete surrounds pinned into existing pool structure or failure to install adequate expansion joints horizontal or vertically in surrounds

Weekly chemical reading must be logged by a pool professional

Load bearing structures, excavations, or penetration on top or within zone of influence of existing pool structure or surrounding pipework

Failure to hose filter cartridge element & empty skimmer basket weekly or sooner as needed

Failure to maintain water level 50mm below underside of coping

Stagnant water, rubble, metal, leaf tannin and debris collected in shell to be removed during construction

Inappropriate external drainage results in water pooling around structure

External water pressure during the filling of pool results in hydrostatic valve release

Inadequate hydraulic water management & lack of drainage resulting in surface water running directly into pool

Pool lights are connected direct to power without correct usage of transformer
-
Failure to earth the pool

Commissioning own pool equipment prior to handover by Builder

Failure to cover the equipment with compliant enclosure

In event of laying own coping, the standard is not of industry practice with reference to glues, expansion act; resulting in coping lifting and interior hairline damages

Timber, stack stone, external hosed debris leaching onto or into pool resulting in surface staining of pool finishes

Faulty service line, inadequately sized gas or power, insufficient ventilation resulting in poor equipment/ heater performance and failure

Turning off hose during the initial pool filling resulting in watermark
