If you already have approved plans with permits in place, we can book your build as early as next week. For those in a council zone that allows for CDC compliance, we’ll help with permits and get started on that process right away for fast approval!
Hassle-free process
To check if your zone is CDC compliant, simply provide us with a 10.7 planning certificate. You can apply through this link: https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-online-zoning-certificate. For detailed guidance on how to apply and obtain the certificate, refer to the comprehensive step-by-step guide available at the same link.
Price given is for a standard site in Sydney area only. Excavator requires 2.5m x 2.5m access, flat level block, clay soil, and no underground services under or directly adjacent the excavation. Site conditions such as sloping block, sand, rock, sewer effected and limited access are quoted separately.
EXCLUSIONS: Price excludes architectural plans, engineering and permit approval fees (DA/CC or CDC + Waterboard), soil tipping fees & bobcat run out, coping tile supply, fencing, filter box enclosure, electrical & gas connections, dewatering rain or ground water, construction waste bin.

Zip Money is a line of credit with credit limits between $1,000 and $5,000 for regular accounts and up to $50,000 for specific merchants like us because we rock!

Determined according to the credit limit of the account OR 3% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater. Minimum repayments start from $40 per month. The higher the credit limit, the higher the minimum monthly repayment may be.
The required minimum monthly repayment is displayed in your contract, upon approval which is open and transparent.
To be eligible to apply for a Zip Money account, you need to:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Be employed in some capacity (certain pensions may also be accepted).
- Earn more than $300 of primary income per week.
- Have a good credit history.
- Have your own valid and verifiable email address and mobile number.
Zip Money offers customers a guaranteed interest-free period of 3 months across all products and up to 48 months with some retailers and with us, obviously, 24 months!** Zip Money accounts may incur a one-off establishment fee for certain credit limits. A $7.95 monthly account fee applies.
** Zip Money: Available to approved applicants only. Minimum monthly repayments are required. Paying only the minimum monthly repayment amount will generally not repay out the purchase within the interest-free period. Any balance outstanding at the expiry of the interest-free period will be charged at the applicable variable rate.
