Brief: The owners of the property acquired a duplex site and the house was due to be demolished to make way for new residences. Being early planners, the owner wanted something that would blend into the landscape from the beginning.
Construction: To save on excavation costs, the
plunge pool was constructed first. The shell was cast and our team waited until the residence was at lock up stage to finish the project. During construction, our team had to be extremely meticulous as we had to work around a high wall which was close to construction proximity.
Results: The owners were able to move straight into their completed home and enjoy a turnkey life with no delay or frustration of dealing with construction again. And so pleased to retain their brick wall which has become the backdrop
feature of the pool area.
